INDIVIDUAL COUNSELING

I support individual adults and adolescents (12+) in achieving greater mental wellness . In our sessions we address issues such as life transitions, complex and relational trauma, managing anxiety and depression symptoms, tending to attachment wounds, self esteem, and healing relationship to divinity. I help my clients  to, first and foremost, find safety, relief, and nervous system regulation. From this foundation of greater peace I help them to improve their overall quality of life, health, relationships, careers, creativity and sense of community and purpose.

COUPLES & FAMILY COUNSELING

I support couples and families in increasing relational harmony and through important transitions such as preparing for marriage or navigating divorce. In our work together, we will focus on strengthening trust and intimacy, understanding and shifting roles as necessary, as well as growing your communication and conflict skills for greater confidence in facing life's challenges together.

Superbill

I can provide a superbill if you would like to use out-of-network insurance benefits. Please contact your member services or benefits administrator to help understand your policy before beginning services.

Sliding Scale

I hold a few reduced rate spots for those who are committed to counseling but are experiencing the cost of care as a barrier. If you would like to request a reduced rate slot, please contact me for details and availability.
